The impermeability of existing cities contributes to water pollution, flooding and global warming. The remedy is basically, that by changing the impermeable surfaces to permeable infiltration ones, and allowing the harvested rainwater to be used again. Water management should be at point source solution and recycled on site. The methods used should provide a sustainable self-purification system.
