Sung-Hyun Kahng, CEO of Centennial Technology, was honored by the president of Korea on the 7th Ocean Day for his significant achievements in water-related research and technological development. Each year, in recognition of Ocean Day, the government has honored people who have made outstanding contributions toward promoting the development of fisheries and marine technology. The 2002 Ocean Day Award ceremony was held on May 29th at the Sejong Convention Center in Seoul and it was attended by the prime Minister Lee Han Dong and 400 other dignitaries.
