Centennial Technology developed a modular water purification system for stream restoration. The prototype system was constructed at Shinkil stream in Ansan City. It is based on biological treatment method to reduce organic pollution load. The facility was completed and operated at the end of December, 2004. The stream water treatment system is based on innovative technology that employed modular design with honeycomb substrates for surface microbial oxidation for quick installation and easy maintenance.
